My favorite place for “real” subs. Actually the only place. Love the Philly cheesesteak, and if you haven’t tried the portobello mushroom and Swiss for vegetarian, that’s beyond great.Vegetarian options: Ask for number 64 Portabella mushroom and Swiss

I ordered 2 regular subs and a giant sub. Got them delivered. Once I opened the bag they sent me 3 regulars. Not a big deal figured I could call and they’d adjust the order price. Called a few times and eventually they picked up. Background noise and then they hung up. The phone has been off the hook for the past hour. Terrible customer service and I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. Hate leaving bad reviews but the Swampscott store earned this review. ?

Food is great. Customer service is an absolute joke. You can't even call to place an order that make you go right to the website so if you have a coupon it's useless because when you go there to pick up food they look at you like you have three heads. Horrible customer service. A smile and thank you go a long way. You won't get one here.
