Curry Queen Indian Takeaway - Swale

I was disappointed with the service at the restaurant today and will not be using or recommending this company. I paid £32 for a prawn and mushroom curry lamb dish that did not come with rice, yet cost over £10. I only received one portion of pilau rice instead of the two I ordered, along with naan bread. The curry was not the best I have ever had, and the lamb dish was too spicy for my liking. I contacted the restaurant directly about my complaint but have not received a response.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I ordered delivery through Just Eat and it took twice as long as estimated. If I had known it would take so long, I would have ordered from somewhere else. The food arrived cold, despite clear instructions on how to find my house being ignored. Additionally, my order was incomplete. It's unfortunate because the food itself was of good quality once reheated, but in this day and age, better service is necessary to keep customers. I will no longer be using food delivery apps after this experience.

This is our first time ordering from this restaurant, and if tonight's meal is any indication of their usual quality, we won't be dining anywhere else. The menu is excellent and diverse, with each dish bursting with fantastic flavors and promptly delivered.

Terrible experience last night with curry queen. I tried to place an order on delivery several times but each time got an error and the app wouldn't let me place the order. So gave up and phoned curry queen instead. The girl on the phone was clearly new and was hopeless. I had no faith that she had got the order right. Tried to pay by card over the phone and they bluntly told me they'd phone me back because they needed the line free to do the transaction. 10 mins later no phone call so I wondered if the girl had taken my phone number down wrong. So stupidly I phoned them to pay. The manager took my card details and I paid. I had to ask him how long the food would be. Customer service was just non existent. 20 mins later we had a lovely delivery driver arrive with 2 identical orders! I told her we only ordered 1 and she took the other one away but phoned me 5 mins later to say to check my bank account. Sure enough I had been charged twice. They'd obviously received the order from deliveroo. What upset me was that they had my telephone number and were preparing 2 identical orders for our address. Any decent place would have phoned me to check that there hadn't been some mistake and wouldn't have prepared the food and wouldn't have taken our money. I phoned the manager and he was rude and refused to give me a refund. Never ever again and I reccomend any person to avoid this place like the plague
