Ice Spice Cafe Swakopmund

Definitely a place to visit if your an ice cream lover.

I've visited nearly every restaurant in Swakopmund with my toddlers, and I've always been met with friendliness and understanding when they make a mess or need extra napkins or takeaway cups. So, I was really shocked by his response. He quoted me a price of 3 dollars for the cup, which I was willing to pay, but I only had my card and no cash on me. Eventually, he reluctantly gave me the cup. Overall, I felt quite unwelcome. As locals, we love supporting local businesses, but this experience made it very uncomfortable for us.

As always, their ice cream is truly exceptional. Their new location is also a delightful place to visit.

This place offers an excellent variety of delicious ice creams. There’s seating available both indoors and outdoors, and they also have a small playground for kids.
