Wendy's - sville

The older cashier lady who waited on us at the counter, was very nice. it was busy as it was 1pm on 2/4/24. she gave our sandwiches to the wrong people and nicely admitted her mistake, and when she went to re-order them, the younger people (20ish) from the kitchen verbally accosted her. It was embarrassing. Felt so sorry for her. What kind of people do u allow to work there?

Food is okay, but when you go in the drive thru, they give no napkins. So if I decided to ride as a passenger or wanted to eat at home and didn’t have any napkins, y’all expect me to find some when y’all should’ve gave them to me in the first place. Like wft. Taco Bell does the same thing. NO

Parking: Depends on the time of day as to how difficult parking can be. Popular lunch spot so it can be difficult at this time of day.

The employes were rude they left stuff out of our order and when we asked about it they said we wasn't charged for it and it was clearly on the receipt but they would not give us what we ordered and was charged for.

Standard dining experience, but the entrance is narrow and difficult to navigate.
