Super friendly staff, very clean bathrooms and good food.

Dirty bathrooms food taste like dish water smells bad when we go in over cooking or under cooked just Bad 2 years ago you couldn't beat it now go somewhere else

Very poor leadership very poor service very poor visit all around

Food waste, paper waste all over floors in counter and cooking areas. Mens restroom nasty, no paper towels. Food was mediocre at best. Counter person was nice but not accommodating.

This is the best Jacks restaurant I’ve ever been to. Stopped this morning to get a steak biscuit, and both the biscuit and the steak were fresh cooked and delicious. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. This Jacks also has truck parking, and there were many truckers there (which is always a good indication of good food).
