Came in not knowing it was 10 minutes to closing time and they welcomed us with open arms, had the pulled pork nachos, burnt end, pulled pork sandwich, Mac n cheese and baked beans. Everything was phenomenal! We live an hour away and just passing thru but I'll definitely make some trips here just for the amazing BBQ! If you haven't tried it I highly recommend!
Had a blast in there today, first time in there since the move, they also have a lounge in there.. Too cool. Ribs were amazing. Love what this guy does for the community as well.
Excellent St. Louis style BBQ. Loved the snoot, rib tips, beans! Some of the best food I've had in Collinsville.
The brisket and burnt ends were so delicious!! Every one in the family enjoyed this meal.
