Yuka Roll Pho - Suwanee

Sushi Yuka is my go to place when I’m craving sushi, which are always 50% off. Although the prices are 50% off, the quality is good. I recommend the volcano roll, it has scallops sprinkled on top.I also enjoy their chirashi don, which is served in a bowl with a mixture of sashimi on top of seasoned sushi rice. Imagine eating a sushi in a bowl, except the fish is on top and all the rice is at the bottom. It makes eating sushi more palatable. Chirashi don comes with 2 sides: a salad with ginger dressing and a miso soup.They also have other options like Vietnamese pho, udon noodles, and various types of hibachi. The hibachi is just okay, and I heard the pho is not bad either.But the sushi always hit the spot.

Service was horrible!!!! I asked the waitress for some soh sauce and she never came back. When she did come back, I asked for the soy sauce AGAIN, and she had a whole attitude. Anyways, when it was time to pay, I was not going to leave tip because the food was not fresh and the lady attitude was not it. But the cashier literally took the card out of the machine (without asking me) and put it back in to the machine. She forcefully made me get a tip like?????? I was beyond annoyed so I just let it go and left. Never coming back here again.

This spot is great for a quick fix on all your sushi cravings for a decent price! Most of their sushi is discounted by 50% so you won't feel the guilt of spending so much compared to other spots and can eat to your heart's content. It's not the absolute best sushi in terms of taste and quality but I'd say about 3 rolls per person would set you right and you'll be satisfied.
