Bidrage med feedbackI've been a regular at this restaurant since it opened, visiting 3 to 5 times a month, and I've always enjoyed the sushi. However, last week I had a very disappointing experience that left me feeling unwell for several days. I ordered a salmon poke bowl, but the salmon still had the skin on, which was not cut off. This not only upset me but also made my family sick, leaving us quite disheartened with the quality of the dish. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention, he insisted that it was normal and that I was still obligated to pay the bill. As a business owner myself, I find it astonishing how some people manage to succeed in such a competitive industry without listening to their customers. I think I'll be going back to the original Suwanee sushi place, "Mori House."
The food was excellent! It was slightly expensive, but still quite reasonable. The atmosphere could use some improvement, as there were awkward moments of silence interspersed with random music selections. Overall, the sushi is definitely worth it. Food rating: 5/5.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and each visit seems to bring worse service. Even though the place was only half full, the service was incredibly slow—so slow that I felt tempted to prepare the food myself. We ordered sushi rolls, dumplings, miso soup, and chicken teriyaki, but they forgot the rice. How can you enjoy teriyaki without rice? When I pointed this out, the server acknowledged that it should come with rice but then added that since we ordered fried rice, did we still want the white rice that usually accompanies the teriyaki? What kind of service is that? Just because I ordered fried rice doesn’t mean I shouldn't get the rice that comes with the dish! We ended up spending over $100 here, and I can’t recommend this place unless you have no other options. The service is truly disappointing.
First time here at Suwanee location. Service was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Food was great, I had the Favorite roll and the 12&69 Degrees roll. Although on the upper end of price point at $17.95 they were good size and worth every penny!
We come here for our sushi dinner date nights and they never disappoint! My favorite rolls are Tommy sunset and whey you which is a fried California roll. We make reservations for weekends it can get busy.
