Starbucks Coffee - Suwanee

The baristas here are incredibly knowledgeable and assist you in choosing the perfect drink, making it just right! On the downside, it can get very noisy during peak hours. While some noise is expected, the volume during rush hour makes it difficult to have a conversation with someone nearby. If you're working from home or studying and get distracted easily, this may not be the best spot for you. However, if you enjoy ambient background noise, it could work just fine! On the plus side, it’s a great place to relax and do some light studying with friends. The chairs are comfortable and provide good support, perfect for getting a good stretch in your back! Just keep in mind that the tables are a bit small, so it’s best to bring only the essentials.

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, and this isn't my first visit. I've come here three times in the last few days, and each time, I've waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Since I had a sleeping baby in the car, I couldn't just go inside.

They consistently prepare my coffee perfectly! Plus, it's really fast when you place an order in advance!

The only thing that gives them one star is Jade at the register, except I didn't get a receipt. But she was very sweet and patient. I waited for about 25 minutes after placing my order and that's not a problem except ones my order was done I didn't know because the guy just placed it on the counter. He didn't say a name or anything had I not gone up there to look and touch all over drinks that could have possibly not been mine I wouldn't have known my drinks were ready. One that should be a real health concern for yall anyone could just touch and mess with others drinks because yall aren't making sure it goes to the correct guest. This is the 3rd incident I have had at this location in 1 month so this will be my last time in there. I am very disappointed in the customer service and yall food/beverages.

Fast to order, fast to go through the drive through. I have not had any problems with recieving anything so far.
