Starbucks Coffee - Suwanee

I was pretty disappointed because this was the first time my order was done incorrectly. I requested 2 extra scoops of matcha, but it seems like they completely ignored my request. The drink was very light in color and didn't taste like my usual order at all. I gave 2 stars because at least the cashier offered to remake it, which I appreciate. However, I didn't have time to wait again as I was running late and needed my Starbucks fix. Please pay more attention next time, guys.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, however, I was disappointed when I ordered a drink without ice and it wasn't filled to the top. I would have been willing to pay for a larger size drink if necessary, but I was unsatisfied with the portion I received. I specifically requested a full venti size, but I prefer my drink without ice.

This is a venti coffee? I think I don?t understand Italian at all, but this is totally a scam in any level

I?ve used the Starbucks app for a while now and wanted to use a birthday reward. However, the reward wasn?t showing up on my app despite the fact I entered my bday in my profile over a week ago. I waited weeks for this small perk lol. I asked if they could do anything or honor it for me somehow since I placed an order just in case and was already at the drive thru. The employees kept telling me no, didn?t give me eye contact, and told me there was nothing they could do for me. They wouldn?t even honor it. I offered to show my ID. They didn?t offer any other accommodations or any other routes of obtaining honorable rewards. They also immediately left the drive-thru after handing me my phone back. One of the employees returned, handed me my drink, and immediately took my other form of payment out of my hand without even asking if I had another form of payment. This is ridiculous. Starbucks drinks are already crazy expensive. They should have honored my request. And tbh, I?ve noticed this location dying down in its service and efficiency in the past 2 years. I would avoid it at all costs. Thanks for taking the time to read my review lol!
