Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order for pizza before 6pm and requested delivery by 7:30pm. By 7:50pm, there was no status update. When I called, I found out that the pizza hadn't even been started. I was given the option to wait an additional 45 minutes or cancel my order. Unfortunately, ordering early did not improve the situation.
I had a great experience ordering pizza from the Suwanee location. The pizzas were hot and made exactly as I ordered online. The delivery driver was amazing as well. My only suggestion is to provide a place online to write special request notes, such as no garlic sauce or no hot pepper. I ordered again on 7/22/22 and found the original crust to be hard and stale, unlike the soft and slightly sweet crust I had enjoyed before. I was not happy with the dough recipe that day.
I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza an hour ago and when I got it, one of the slices got a really long piece of hair in it. It's not mine because I have short hair. No one else in my family has long hair. I called the General Manager Alex and he saidthat it's not his hair because he's bald. He told me over the phone that he cannot refund me nor can I return the pizza becauseof policy. He did say that he's going to report it to investigation but the results will depend if other customers had the sameproblem. I will not get Papa Johns pizza anymore. I am disappointed.
I recently ordered a cheese pizza and to my surprise, it came with extra toppings for free - a roach in the pizza box. ALEX, who claims to be the general manager, assured me that he checks every box before delivery, but it seems he may not be telling the truth and the hygiene standards are bad. I plan on reporting this incident to the store and contacting corporate. It seems like this is their idea of "better ingredients for a better pizza."
I ordered pizza on November 29th, and the pizza was not cooked properly, so I called the staff and informed them, but her attitude was unfriendly, there was no apology, and rather treated me as a bad customer. I tried to finish after receiving anapology, but I was angry at her attitude and asked for a refund, and she said yes. But after a week, no money came into my card,and I called today and talked about the refund, but the manager said he couldn't give me a refund after a week.
