Moe's Southwest Grill - Suwanee

After the online order by the moes app today, I was very disappointed that if they pick up my lunch, it was gone. someone else had taken it. I showed my order on my app to maria (very nice lady) and she tried to work out the things. it is not her fault that someone probably accidentally picked up the wrong order. but the solution of the problem should have been easy. instead it was drama and my order was made wrong. I paid for guacamole and I didn't receive it. no acid cream or dressing. I suppose it's not a big thing, but I rarely have time to lunch while I work. disappointed in moes.

Owners and employees are amazing. best service we have always received in each restaurant in suwanee. everything is fresh and the taste is amazing. we were at least 7 years here

As a supporter/know-how of a moe, this was the worst place I was at. I thought maybe she had a bad day, but from the last reviews this is constant. my bowl was made with hats and I almost went out of the restaurant. I see someone said they were with their portions stingy and I was the second. in any case will not be back!

I have never seen PPl move so slowly in her life. painfully slow. they are either super stoned or hate to live. so irritating. they also cut down the portion sizes.

Very restricted quantity of food. Employees were not in welcome mood and never smiled. Pricier than Chipotle. May not opt it again.
