Bidrage med feedbackThe price for laser tag on the website was significantly higher than expected, with no prior notice. The place was chaotic, filled with disrespectful individuals. The attendant failed to check if we had paid for laser tag, allowing dozens of kids to rush in front of us to grab vests without any oversight. Many games were malfunctioning, and when we reported this to the staff, we had to endure a long wait to receive our credits back. Additionally, the staff did not manage the line properly, allowing people who cut in to be served before others. The games were overpriced, and the rewards were minimal. Overall, this was the worst experience we've encountered at a Main Event.
In the past, there was a wait staff to take orders, which was nice, but that’s no longer the case. They used to have someone overseeing the bowling area to assist with technical problems, but that service has also been discontinued. Now we place our orders at the bar, which isn't ideal, but we manage. It would be great if we could order directly from our bowling screens or something similar. We’ve faced some order issues, as is common everywhere these days, and it seems they are understaffed. Sometimes the bowling lanes don’t reset properly, and the bumpers may not always function. However, when we bring this up to a manager, they typically add a bit of extra time for us. Recently, my daughter enjoyed the ropes course and had a fantastic time; everyone there was safe and helpful. We also love playing laser tag as a family, although not all the guns were working, so be sure to check them beforehand. We even hosted my husband's birthday party here, playing pool and shuffleboard. We had a great time—there wasn’t a crowd, and everything was very clean, including the restrooms. Most of the challenges this place faces are not their fault; for instance, some of the game's technology doesn’t work, and they are understaffed. We go in with an understanding of these potential issues, and the staff does their best to address them. Overall, we have a great experience, though it’s not cheap. Parking is usually straightforward; we can typically find spots easily, especially since we go during non-busy times. The venue is also very wheelchair accessible, making it easy to navigate.
I'm from New Jersey so we don't have Main Event up North. Best way to describe this is Dave N Busters on crack! Everytime I visit GA I take my son here, we both love it.Food: 4/5
The food is pretty good, the prices are pretty high and the service is horrible the employees do more talking,eating and standing around than serving and cleaning. I’ve been here on two occasions both times I’ve had issues with the service I’ve had one employee use profanity around me and my three year old I’ve had to clean my own table and the server is the one who gave me wet paper towels to clean my table as I said clearly the employees are not motivated here and management is not leading your employees don’t need friends they need leaders
