Domino's Pizza - Suwanee

The customer service at this restaurant was poor. I understand that the pandemic has caused a shortage of staff, but that does not justify being rude to customers. The service was very slow, and my wife waited for 30 minutes only to be told that her pizza would take another 45 minutes. Despite there not being many orders, the service was still very disappointing. Overall, our experience was marked by bad service.

I would give this restaurant a 1-star rating until they improve their app and delivery times. Twice I ordered pizza and it was not ready when promised, resulting in a 15-minute wait.

Each time we place an order, we have to wait a long time to receive it. The biggest issue is that all orders seem to be prepared before they are even released. When customers ask questions, the only response is "we don't know, we're very busy." Domino's should reevaluate their customer satisfaction rates, allocate more resources, and provide additional training to their staff.

I have ordered an hour ago and I waited an hour for the pizza and the app told me the pizza was in quality control for almost 30 minutes. and then I called the system told me the pizza is on the way to delivery. But when I talked to someone in the shop, they told me they were short for the driver and they won't be able to deliver the pizza to me and they haven't even made the pizza! That's crazy. no one chased me in, and I didn't tell me about the pizza cause theres no delivery. that's ridiculous and I won't order pizza from this.

I ordered online to pick up at 7:20pm. App trucker said it had begin prepping but never moved to be baked for 30 min. Then I got a phone call and told me this will take 1hour to 1 1/2hour to be ready.This is not the first time this store has been so slow that I had to cancel my orders. I don’t know how other locations are, but this Dominos Pizza in Publix plaza on McGinness is no longer dependable.
