Bidrage med feedbackThe ice cream machine at the Sutton McDonald's always seems to be out of order, for some reason. It's frustrating that it never seems to work whenever we visit, and I don't believe it's just a coincidence. It's disappointing that the staff doesn't seem to know how to operate it properly.
Ordered a delivery from this restaurant and the order was incomplete, no Big Mac no dips and no straws. The food that did arrive looked like it had been thrown together and was cold . Avoid this McDonald’s , the staff can’t read and order and complete it. This is not the first time it’s happed .
I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel I should warn anyone who orders online from this branch..they are atrocious!!! They can't get orders right and food is always on the cold side!!! I even believe there staff are incapable of doing a good job..we've paid for items that just haven't been included in our delivery. I've ask for a special order a few times and honestly I don't why I bothered they didn't get even close. We've complained online so many times that I personally think that just because they are a nationwide brand it isn't always the best service or worth the food. Don't order here you will be disappointed EVERY time now matter what!! If I could add zero I would
McDonalds in Sutton has created a breakout rest area for Deliveroo and Uber delivery drivers. It occupies seating that was previously available for customers. Visiting today, there were no tables available for customers, however space in the special area for delivery drivers, however there were some there relaxing, playing on their phones, and some having their lunch, which was a chinese takeaway bought from elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Paying customers have to stand up and eat, while they allow the drivers a special area to relax (who are not there employees). Why do they not open the upstairs area, that has been closed for as long as I can remember, if they want to give them an exclusive space? In addition to that, we had to wait 20 minutes for the food, which was cold, the printers on the self service kiosks were not working. Overall, a horrible experience.
Food cold, bap in pieces. When I complained girl behind counter said no to replacung/refund. Manager came, threw bun in bin, and gave me another. No apology, just a surly look, still refund offered. 2nd bap cold. Couldn't be bothered to complain in store, so did so online. Offered a bigmc and fries for £1.99 the standard price when signing up for app. Don't bother. I guess you get what you pay for cheap food cheap quality, untrained staff.
