I have been to O'Neils on many occasions over the last few years and have always found the staff really friendly and welcoming. The food and drink is always good quality and the Guinness is particularly good. No matter how busy it is (especially during the Rugby) the service is always excellent and I would recommend visiting if you are in Sutton.

This pub refuses service to disabled people. Staff are very rude and made my friend feel very unwelcome and embarrassed. Disgusting. Edited to answer reply Can you please explain the reason she was banned. My understanding is it was a confusion over booking a large table which was refused. Either way she was incredibly embarrassed by the way she was spoken to by the person at the door. Reading the reviews shows she is not the only one who has experienced this rudeness. So I am hardly misleading people. You did refuse to serve a disabled person. You were incredibly rude to her.

Always a great atmosphere with a friendly team ! Stopped off for a celebratory meal and it did not disappoint, food was great. Ordered the Macho Nachos, Notorious P.I.G Burger and Steak Guinness Pie. Great place for a bit of grub or just for drinks, will be visiting again as always !
