Slo' Motion BBQ catered our first AREAA Gala event and not only were they accommodating and flexible with us, as a brand new organization, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for all types of events and gatherings. Everyone who attended the event kept asking who we used for catering and we didn't hesitate to tell them. Slo'Motion is worth it!

One word two letters W-O-W!!!!! Soooooooo great! They catered our gala and installation, and everyone who was there simply loved their food… It was amazing and they are fantastic to work with!!! Perhaps the best brisket I’ve ever ever had… And I’ve eaten a lot of barbecue!!!

We called Adam to cater our gala for 150 people this past week! We received so many raving reviews from our guests and we could not be happier! We will definitely be having him back for future events because I'm already dreaming about the brisket and Mac n cheese! His staff and himself on the night of, were extremely efficient as well as flexible. I cannot recommend this company enough!
