Kool Beanz - Susitna

I recently visited Alaska and stopped by for a peach lemonade energy drink, where I discovered a food truck serving some incredible dishes. I tried the BBQ rib lasagna, and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever tasted. If I lived in Anchorage, I would happily drive to Wasilla every day just for their food and that drink. It was truly the best meal I’ve ever had, and the chicken soup was fantastic too. I even had to get some soup and lasagna to take home! I wish I lived up there because I would definitely be a regular customer. I loved everything about the experience, and the staff were super friendly! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend trying their lotus drinks. The owner, Lorna, is wonderful!

I learned about this coffee shop from my son-in-law, and I must say, their pies and cakes are absolutely amazing. The drinks are expertly crafted and incredibly flavorful. As someone who used to visit Starbucks every day, I'm truly impressed. I plan to make this coffee shop part of my new routine, and I'll save money by avoiding those big chains!
