Bidrage med feedbackAn increasingly popular brunch spot in Sydney is Paramount Coffee Project, and as you can imagine, people speak very highly of the coffee here. I decided to try out the quirky restaurant while meeting my dear friend. Paramount Coffee Project actually has a really special place in my heart, because it was here that my friend told me about him planning to propose to his girlfriend my best friend. It was such a memorable morning, and even though the conversation would have happened anywhere, this cafe now brings a really wonderful experience to mind.
Went on a Sunday at around 11am and waited half an hour for a table, it was really busy. The coffee here is perfect and the food is also delicious.<br/ <br/ CRUMBED EGGS ON TOAST $17.5) A very popular dish here and I can understand why. It was full of so much flavour.<br/ <br/ SOFT BAKED EGGS w/ PORK SAUSAGE $21.5) This was a very tasty and hearty meal!
Overall experience was exceptional. Location and venue was amazing and very spacious. The baked eggs with pork sausage was delicious and the coconut porridge was amazing! Will definitely come back! :
The crumbed eggs on toast had immediately leapt forth from the menu to catch my eye but the inclusion of ham hock had me umm’ing and err’ing. And while there was no vego option (or alternative dishes that I really, really wanted), I figured I could cast the meat aside if I really didn’t like it, which is usually the case with thick meat cuts. But as it turns out, the smoky saltiness of the ham hock combined with the earthiness of the kale was a delicious, moreish flavour combination that worked really well with the eggs.
Love the coffee.Love the food.Love the ambience. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Waiting time was fast, and the food is consistently good everytime we visit!
