My 8-course menu started with a sizzling hot saltfish brande with Kapersauce. As I expect restaurants carefully cope with the temperature of their food before they serve their customers, I was sinking through their negligence and amazed (three times in the tasting Course!). The fried heart tomato was also served hot. Nevertheless, I liked the fresh combination of tomatoes with Persian feta, black olives and tomato jelly, which exploded in my palate. This is a small jewel in Surrey Hills, fine food at a very reasonable price. The photos speak for themselves, and of course it is very delicious. Grief Grief Your tasting menus must try.
The food and the service here were really great !! We have carefully enjoyed or experienced it. Grief We have the first time we have decided for the Degustation menu to taste as much as possible. There were a total of 8 dishes with the opportunity to offer a selection of cheese for an additional value of $ 10 per person. We did not order the cheese. Grief The first three dishes were the releases and they were amazing! Especially the salmon tartare, it was really fresh and the texture and the balance of the aromas was good. However, the three networks were not that exciting. The fish was a bit of Fad and the slow cooked Wagyus aroma was not to my taste, but that's probably personal preferences. However, there were redeeming elements on each main, and it was still pleasant. Dessert was the best part of the meal !! The coconut sorbet complements the cheesecake beautiful, and the chocolate ice cream has worked as well with the chocolate brownie. It was really the best end of the meal !! Would come here only for the entree and the dessert. So good!
