The cupcakes were delicious and beautifully presented. Ordering online and tracking delivery was a good experience. The kids loved them and we will definitely be ordering again. The 12-box came in beautiful packaging.

The cupcakes at The Cupcake Room in Sydney are incredible! Not only do they taste amazing, but the decorations were perfect, even featuring our logo. Our guests absolutely loved them and we will definitely be returning. A huge thank you to Maria and the team at The Cupcake Room.

The cupcakes at this restaurant are always stunning. I had a problem with the first batch that was delivered, but the staff were amazing at resolving it. My family loved the cupcakes, as they always do. We have been loyal customers for years and they never disappoint. The brownies are delicious, and the cupcakes are like a little taste of heaven. A special thank you to the lady who served us on December 11, 2021 at 8am for her kindness. We truly appreciate it.

Wow!!! What a cake! I was NOT disappointed!!! My daughter was so so so happy. It was her 5TH Birthday cake and the doll was an actual full size doll inside!!!! I had a car accident the morning I was supposed to pick the cake up, I rang them and told them I was late and wouldn’t make it by closing time and they were lovely and waited for me… The cake was amazing AND tasted yummy!!!!!

I highly recommend The Cupcake Room. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our Corporate Custom Order. We had to delay the order quite a few times due to COVID, and each time Maria was accommodating. We had to have these delivered by a certain time and throughout all the times that I've had to push the order back, they remembered this. I would have given them 6 stars if I could as the driver, when he dropped the cupcakes off, just wanted to know if he was in time for the meeting..... how many drivers would have even cared to ask that question.... the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time! Will highly recommend The Cupcake Room and will definitely use them again. PS the cupcakes were also amazing fresh and beautiful a work of art!
