A local gem located from the lively streets of surry hills. it was a pretty Saturday night and we were the first to arrive for dinner. the personal is very friendly and professional. the ambiente welcomes them in the small restaurant there was no alcohol on the menu, so we decided for their non-alcoholic sparkles that were delicious with its strawberries and minze aromen. so beautiful and refreshing when looking at the menu we wanted to order everything. the Uni game is definitiw strong in this restaurant and young we were thrilled. all dishes were tasteful and delicious. the uni-courts were at all points.
Hoost was a pleasant experience. the highlight for me was the intimacy and the cozy ambiente of the restaurant. Outstanding food. Truly special. Sophisticated cooking techniques resulting in refined deliciousness. An unusual experience, we were pleasantly surprised.
So I’ve been to Hoost in Surry Hills a few times for dinner in the beginning when there was only one main course on offer each night and the menu rotated daily and then recently when head chef Samantha Pok expanded the menu so diners were able to choose their mains.
