Umami Ramen Grill - Surrey

The staff at this restaurant lack experience and knowledge about gluten and which menu items contain it. We were served regular noodles with one of our ramen dishes, and the server only realized this after we had already started eating.

There were choices of vermicelli and rice noodles available for the ramen dish at the restaurant.

Ramen noodles that are gluten-free are available, simply request rice noodles.

They had options for Vermicelli and rice noodles for the rams.

Came for the Ramen a smoothie, once received, were amazing.However, the experience was tainted by a series of service mishaps. My Ramen initially had egg, to which I'm allergic, despite the menu clearly indicating its absence. Although corrected, it took 40 minutes from ordering to receive the right dish. My smoothie arrived simultaneously, which meant a long wait. After finishing, I waited for over 35 minutes to get my bill, even after multiple reminders. I expressed my feedback, hoping for at least a small gesture for the inconveniences, but was met with indifference.Sadly, despite the delicious food, I won't be returning due to the lackluster service
