They don't know if they're coming or going, and with delivery orders, they often don't even know which sandwich they're making or what customer they're serving.Whoever owns this place, please hire more staff, and competent staff. And stop charging for bags.The Subway on Crescent Road has way better service, you don't have to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich, and they don't charge for bags. Go there.
I decided to get some lunch ordered in today from the local subway as I've heard the adds about the new lineup and was curious what the revamps were like. My usual go to was the grilled chicken breast footlong but I was a bit amiss to not see the item offered anymore, at least on UberEats. This meal was delivered by UberEats courier.The packaging arrived standard for subway, though in what appears to be new paper wrappers without the hokey baggie, wrapped well with no items falling out of place; the sandwich upon initial inspection looking pretty standard as how different could one look? Well on that note: what you see really is what you get.Crisp veggies, soft bun, lightly seasoned Turkey deli meat, and all the fixings wrapped up with my choice of sauce (sweet onion) .. this was a classic subway sandwich. If you've ever had a sandwich from subway, you'll know the taste. You'll know the *smell*. You know that you are in for something on par with previous offerings. Perhaps a new-new lineup offering item may be more crazy with the flavour combinations, but all I got with this one was a fairly tasty, standard Turkey footlong.If you're going in, like I did, expecting to see some major overhaul to the ingredients, the freshness, the flavour game, etc, you won't be shocked by much. If you go in looking for something new to try? Well they do have a whole new lineup of selections to try (at various calorie costs). I could see myself ordering in again in future, but, likely not, as I could always make a sandwich just as good, or better, at home.
Been a loyal customer since open. Had worst service with owner veggies not fresh and wilted , only gave mea little 3 green pepper on a footlong hardly any veggies and when asked for a little more owner very rude. Lost my business and family 6 loyal customers won’t be back and the store was empty nobody there talking back and fourth to employee in her language not paying attention to my order had too repeat 3 times .
I've never had better service at a Subway then my only visit here. I was greeted on the way in and asked multiple times if I was happy with the product. Good energy from all staff. They deserve a review for standing out amongst the rest of the franchise.
Made a online order pick up. Nothing on my order says jalapeños probably mistaken as pickles. Call the store to let them know the mistake. Some people are allergic to spicy peppers, please take this review seriously. Maybe label your veggie containers. Thanks.
