The staff at the restaurant was constantly flirting with Uber, Skip, and Doordash delivery drivers while my family and I were present. One young girl in particular went overboard, even asking a man why he made his bread a certain way and questioning if he had just been released from jail. The delivery drivers all seemed to receive extra discounts from her, creating a negative and unprofessional dining atmosphere. It was off-putting to witness her overly personal interactions instead of focusing on work and attending to other customers in line.

I was more excited than I should have been perhaps, but neither this spot nor the one in Kelowna had fried chicken that would even compare to the KFC.

Their onion rings are always so bad. Recommend getting biscuit or fries for sides. Chicken is definitely better than

I recently placed a mobile order at this restaurant and unfortunately, they missed one item. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I asked for an apple pie as compensation for the inconvenience of having to come back from home. However, the manager was very loud and rude to the staff, refusing to provide any free food and insisting that I pay an additional $1.89 for the apple pie instead of the Blackened Chicken Deluxe burger that I had already paid for. This kind of customer service was unacceptable, and the manager's behavior towards the staff was unprofessional. This incident occurred on July 15th, 2023 at 6:30pm.
