Busy and full of locals for dim sum, with a real variety of authentic dim sum favourites. Modern and clean with efficient servers that keep the steaming baskets coming. Be adventurous and ask for help selecting.

I've never eaten here, I'll be honest, but yesterday I've not seen you, I've seen the owner of the restaurant, a man who screams out on his waitress. I had to stop and ask if she was in order and she was very... clearly disturbed, she said I was in order and he apologised me because he yelled at her? At least he cries her further and smiles over the face! I rushed to boston pizza to get her to call. the police came and arrested him, he went absolutely crazy in the backs of the landcar and the server literally frightened. she came back and made a statement and the police said she was in order. I don't know what the result is, but I have to spread the word to never support this business.

We will not return to neptune seafood. it was our way to for Dim Summs for the last year. they have increased their prices some times in the year, but the last increase is simply ridiculous. we had 5 dishes and the total amount was $ 54.00 with top. not only have they increased their prices, but the menu has changed quite well and they no longer have some of our favourites. the dishes we ordered do not taste as good as before. we had mentioned our waitress that her prices were too high and that was not so good. we asked if there was a new cook in the kitchen and she said that yes they did. the service was very good. the tee was regularly filled up and the staff was very efficient with the removal of dirty dressing. this is a terrible combination, higher prices, do not eat so well and a new cook in the kitchen.

Not sure what happened to this place as late, but went today for a family dim sum brunch and the service was super slow and the staff not all) but some were rude. we asked for senfsauce and I was given individual size sunspan hot dog packages. we asked for sharp paprika, and we get black pepper rips. asked for additional serviettes and was given two for a table of six. the food was good, but our congeal came out after eating. I think they forgot. maybe covid influenced this restaurant and I feel that they cut corners and lower costs.
