Bidrage med feedbackWe traveled over by Ferry and we were looking very forward to having the Butternut squash ravioli. Unfortunately you were all out of it and I was extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to this meal as I have dental issues and must eat soft food. I ordered the Lobster ravioli and only got 5 small pieces of ravioli. I left still hungry. Then we came in again before we had to travel back home and this time we all had eggs Benedict with fries. When we got the meal it was so small that none of us felt full. There were two small English muffins with a small egg on top with hardly any hollandaise sauce. And only 7 to 10 small fries. The plate looked very empty. You used to add a cup of fruit or a bit of salad with it, and at least a handful of fries, and it used to fill me up. We were all very disappointed and again still hungry. It looked like Milestones is scrimping on the amount you get and now you get very small portions but the amount you pay is still the same. All in all we were all very unhappy with both visits. I noticed it was not very busy both times we went and can see why now.
The restaurant always offers exceptional dining experiences.
Our family has a New Year's day tradition to go out and have a relaxing brunch. This time we chose Milestone's brunch and we were happy with our choice and glad we spent our New Year's day brunch there. James, our server, was great from the start to finish! Thank you!
Overall very happy with the food and service. The only issue that arose was we were seated in the area to the right as you walked in. Every time the front doors opened we felt the chilly evening air. As it was a Saturday eve. the restaurant was very busy so the door was opening every few minutes. It was New Year's Eve so no other place to move us to. Thanks Kim
Our server Jen knows all about customer service and salvaged our evening after what can only be described as an unpleasant encounter with a very inexperienced Hostess upon arrival…. You can train the task but you cannot train Attitude…. And on that she should not be the first person anyone meets first upon arrival. Thank you Jennifer…..
