McDonald's - Surrey

After waiting for 30 seconds, the food arrived cold. However, it was a miracle when it was cooked properly. The dish was tossed well. I would consider returning if it was not on my way to work. I have experienced poor service before, especially before 5:15am.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They forget everything you ask for, especially when it comes to delivery orders. I even had to pay for condiments that should have been complimentary, considering the amount I spent at their establishment. Not only did they forget the sauce I requested, but they also failed to make simple modifications to my meal. When I tried to call to address the issue, they didn't pick up the phone after several attempts. When they finally answered, they tried to charge me again, which I found completely unacceptable. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance and dined at their restaurant for dinner. Despite being very hungry, I waited for at least 30 minutes for my food, only to receive cold dishes without any spices, even after I inquired about them. The excuse given was that the food had been sitting for too long, which shouldn't have been the case if it was prepared fresh. After this disappointing experience, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Consider yourself warned.

This restaurant has a convenient location with fast and easy service. The food is always served quickly and hot.

His always clean in this place and never was a problem. The food is just like any Mcdonalds. his no longer cheap to eat there.

It's McDonald's so no surprises there! I do enjoy their breakfasts more than other meals, the Egg McMuffin, the pancakes, or the bran muffins along with a latte give nice variety.
