McDonald's - Surrey

I believe the staff at this restaurant may be busy with other tasks. It took 20 minutes at the drive-thru window to receive 2 cheeseburgers, which the girl was willing to hand over to me after only taking orders and not even bothering to take my payment! The first time I visited, they completely botched my order and the drive-thru employee seemed so out of it that she couldn't comprehend what I was saying. The McChicken meal didn't even resemble a Big Mac!

I know it's hard for people to work when it's busy. but they should be more responsible while they wrap up eating. I told them twice about my order, but at the end got the wrong food. it's disappointing. I waited for super long, but the wrong sandwich.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. As someone who worked at McDonald's for 3.5 years, I can say that the quality of the Big Mac is not up to standards. Additionally, whenever I go for Sunday breakfast, my order is wrong at least once a month.

This McDonald's location in Canada is possibly one of the dirtiest I have ever been to. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, there were many tables with dirty trays that needed to be cleaned. The drink station was particularly nasty, with ketchup and spilled soda everywhere. The food tasted decent, but overall the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired.
