McDonald's - Surrey

On a coffee. the patio is very dirty with zigarettenstummel and müll everywhere. a broken and devastated little table. the restaurant müllcontainer are right next to this terrace. not inviting as the dieducks near. the owner should be ashamed of this discouragement. first impression of the high seat before going into the main entrance! have they thought to move the terrace area along the side of the restaurant away from the dirt? do they have new concrete tables like that of dairy queen or a w on the other side?

I'm going here as they have the kind of coffee I like, I usually get a burger when I'm hungry or have a muffin if I just want a snack. they have a special gala here that serves them, it is so friendly. I don't know. from other mcdonalds who like them have a gale! it makes you feel special!

I asked the lady to clean the tables, but she was not cleaned properly. there are fingerprints and they don't care. Filthy Square and I will never bring my son back here!

Mcd should always be the same. that's why we're leaving. So what to check? that deserves a knot. eating is the same as it should be, but this mcd (I live in the opposite) I was up to 50 times, inside and in the...car the workers are always happy and efficient, treat my little specialties immediately and with a smile, and show real care when the dings are not right. once, in the car in the rain, I fell a baptism. the girl in the window insisted that I stay in the car and in 30 seconds came a coworker walking around the corner, pushed all my change from the padded, there was to the window girl that it all was before it smiles to me. that's just great. the manager deserves a few kudos. the children did not learn this level alone.

I drove up to the restaurant to place my order at the drive-thru, as I live nearby and have visited the place several times over the past year. The man on the speaker took my order without any issues. Typically, when I order a breakfast meal here and emphasize the word "meal", they usually only give me the main item without any sides before asking if that's everything. However, this time they heard me say 'meal' and I proceeded to pay. When I reached the second window, I was handed my coffee and instructed to park my car. The girl who served me was a bit difficult to understand but she seemed friendly. I parked my car as directed, and within seconds a worker came out and handed me my food without a bag and without the hashbrown that I had ordered. I called out to inquire about the rest of my order, but she didn't turn around, perhaps she didn't hear me. I was in a rush to get to work so I didn't have time to go inside. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
