German Doner Kebab - Surrey

I ordered The Original sandwich and it was packed with meat and vegetables. The sauce was also delicious. The staff were very patient and kind, especially since it was my first time and I had a lot of questions. The bread was not just a typical pita, it was really tasty and did not fall apart despite all the fillings. The place was also very clean.

The restaurant has a clean environment and a modern atmosphere. I tried "The Original" with a mix of chicken and beef and it was delicious! I will definitely try other items on the menu next time. However, the prices are a bit high, possibly due to the fancy packaging.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. It is a bit pricey for a quick meal or fast food option, but still very enjoyable. The only suggestion for improvement would be to use whole cuts of meat instead of processed meat. However, this might make the prices too high for the area. Despite this, the food was very tasty even without this change.

This is probably one of the WORST customer service experience I?ve had. Wish I could have done 0 stars. I walked in today with my girlfriend and stood in front of the till waiting to be helped but the 2 Indian girls in the front kept chatting away knowingthat we were ready to order. She finally came and helped us and wasn?t polite at all. It felt as if we were bothering them andinterrupting their ?lovely? conversation? We could tell they both hated their jobs very much; which is no excuse to be puttingthat on us costumers. She wasn?t very helpful with the menu as well. We also ordered a yogurt drink that tasted pretty bad andrealized it was going to be expired in 4 days. However, mistakes happen and sometimes people miss the expiry date, happens allthe time. But the lack of decent customer service is what really made us walking out upset and not ever wanting to come backagain. Moral of the story, customer service should always be number 1 priority everywhere, Unfortunately it sucked today.However, reading the other reviews, I?m glad we weren?t the only ones experiencing the same problem.

Awesome place! The food is amazing. I took the Boss combo with mix meat and it was really good. Taste the same as it does in Germany ????????????. This is a very clean establishment, including the bathroom, which is always a good indicator orquality. The service is excellent. They greet you with a smile, very polite and pleasant. I really enjoyed my visit there.Highly recommended!
