Freshii - Surrey

I ordered the chicken bowl and found it to be stale with both poor quality and quantity compared to other locations. I only received one small piece of chicken. The service was also terrible.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh food at this restaurant. The staff was professional and courteous throughout my dining experience.

The service at the Panoramas Surrey, BC location is simply terrible. The staff move around incredibly slowly and seem to do as little as possible. I have left the restaurant twice without even placing an order because no one even approached me after standing there for seven minutes.

There was only 1 girl working. We went there 30 min before closing. That girl didn’t respond so well refused to make smoothie and told us you only have 5 min to eat as there were 15 min to close. Had bad experience

Prepared my food without speaking to me at all. I had to stop her from wrapping two burritos so I could ask for hot sauce. I see it on the back counter so I know it's an option but if staff is working on the back counter with their ba k ro customer they should at least ask. I was thinking of adding some veggies but was never given a chance. I ordered two tex burritos and one got 4 times more avocado than the other when I asked to even it out she said that's how big the pieces are and couldn't do anything about it. She is the one making the pieces. Customer service was what ruined my experience. Will drive further to other location in future sorry.
