Di Reggae Cafe - Surrey

I was looking for a place that served Goat Roti, Jerk Chicken and Oxtail and decided to try Di Reggae Cafe in Whalley. It is not in the greatest neighbourhood but the place has good food! I miss the Caribbean Spoon (which closed last year)...so I was in search of a place that offered a taste of the Caribbean in Surrey. I've tried other places like PGs Jamaican takeout but this place is better! We tried the Roti this time but we will be back for Jerk Chicken and Oxtail next time. I've been to Di Roti Shak, The Reef, Calabash and Calypso and this place is well worth the trip to Whalley.

Di Reggae Café in Surrey, just tried their vegan pastry in a coco bun. so delicious. All their food is amazing. I could eat here everyday.

Patties were flaky perfection. The Jerk Chicken was juicy, tender and a beautiful blend of Jamaican spices. I cannot find the words to describe the Roti flavor explosion. Thank you Di Reggae for authenticity-you guys certainly know how to awaken the taste buds.

I could feel the Caribbean Sea breeze in my hair. Stewed Chicken, Jerk Chicken and spicy beef patties. Can’t wait to come back.
