I consistently have an excellent experience each time I visit this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Nav, Puneet, and Harry, who are always engaging and attentive to the customers. I highly recommend trying the vegetarian burger; it’s absolutely delicious, and the onion rings are amazing! Don’t forget to choose the combo to save some money. Thanks, everyone!

I often go to this restaurant for lunch, but my coworkers and I frequently experience disappointing customer service from the supervisor and many of the staff members. It feels like they notice us and quickly retreat to the back, almost as if it's a game. I sincerely hope the management will take steps to improve this situation.

I'm giving this place one star because they often close early, even before their posted closing time, and they constantly use the same excuse: a system update. They need to make sure they stick to their advertised hours and not mislead customers. Thank you.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and I always receive excellent customer service whenever I visit. Although the place is usually quite busy, my orders are always prepared quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I strongly suggest steering clear of the kids' pack at A&W. The fries are very small, and adding a drink will set you back an extra $2.29 for a not-so-large serving. In fact, it's actually cheaper to buy each item individually.
