Roccos - Surrey Heath

So, I was in Martins VW in Camberley and saw a discarded empty pizza box in the car park there. It was almost lunchtime so it got me thinking about food, although I did not recognise Roccos as a place I knew of. Fast forward 20 minutes and on my way home, there was a big queue on the Meadows roundabout. I saw an empty lane and turned into that, then realising it was the wrong lane and would send me towards Blackwater instead of towards Owlsmoor! Drove over the bridge and a Eureka moment where I realised that I had passed Roccos many times and that it was on the right near Blackwater train station so I went there! The guy in there was very friendly and helpful and they had some really good value offers on. The place was otherwise empty but I ordered a medium pizza for £5.99. The food was okay, I've had better pizzas but I've also had far worse. Value and service was excellent hence 4 stars (but 3 for the food).

I love this place I order on line and ask for a.s.a.p. delivery and so far have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes, despite it always saying approximately 45 minutes and always ordering at a busy time on the weekend. The pizzas are always good, they always have brilliant deals for one or two or families and I highly recommend the garlic pizza but not if you have to kiss anyone afterwards!

I grabbed a pizza from Roccos last minute for our group and it was fantastic. The quality was top-notch and the price was great. I recommend taking advantage of their combo deals to get the most value and variety of food options. Their delivery service is also excellent for when you're short on time.

The food was okay, but it used to be much better. I called to let them know that my order of chicken wings was missing the dips and that the wings were plain. The guy I spoke to was very rude, insisting that the order was correct and that the dips were already on the wings. I was disappointed with the customer service, as I was only asking for the dips to be included next time. According to their website, the chicken wings do come with dips. I have always loved the food here, but I have never been treated so poorly before. I was left dissatisfied with the experience. Additionally, the guy told me to contact head office, but they do not have a number listed. All I wanted was some extra dips for my order next time.
