Tim Hortons - Surrey Canada

Hope this review is read and addressed. This is the closest Tim's to home for us. Husband buys coffee daily (14 years) and is very happy with the friendly service. Today the coffee lid smelled of perfume so with every drink the overwhelming odor ruined the coffee. Possibly a worker transferred the scent to the lid. Please consider how this might effect the experience.

Lady at drive thru got order wrong then got aggressive and disrespectful. Couldn’t even get a chance to talk.

With the upgrade last year, this restaurant has truly stepped up its game.

I only went to Tim's to use the bathroom. I no longer visit Tim Hortons because they do not keep the restaurant clean and I am not satisfied with the way they prepare their food.

Worst service. Smells like someone poured a bottle of cologne on the ground. Lady taking the order was so rude to the customers and looked like she was doing homework at the counter, i waited 5 minutes and she didnt even look up. if i could give negative stars i would.
