Starbucks - Surprise

Ashley and Alex are the best, this Starbucks is the best no matter who helps you they are always in a good mood and smile. There always willing to help you order or if you try a new drink and don't love it they will fix it. I went to a different Starbucks yesterday and I was not happy and it made me realize how much I love this location. A+

There was java chips and the young man lied to me. Plus the chunky blond hair throws your food on the table. Like shes mad. Never coming again. Horrible service!!

Other day(9/19/2021) ordered a iced french vanilla coffee with sweet cream foam and creamer was so good wanted another so went next day (9/20/2021) ordered same thing and was horrible so strong and just put whipped cream on top no sweet cream cold foam had to come home and try to add stuff to make taste better, didn't work so had to order from another Starbucks!!!!

Seems like every time I go to this location one or more of my drinks are made wrong. This time, because the line was so long and I was in a hurry I didn't bother going back to have them remake it. I got a Java chip Frappuccino and it tasted like ice and espresso (I added a shot). They were out of Java chips which is disappointing but understandable with the shortages. I usually go to Starbucks daily or every other day but I won't go back to this location, it's been too much of a let down. :

All baristas are friendly, polite and professional. I asked for a drink and the baristas make it perfect every time.
