Starbucks - Surprise

I have to say I was very shocked at this Starbucks! It is inside a Safeway there was a Safeway manger at the counter. While I was looking at cups to buy. I overheard them talking about all the shooting in the area. The two Starbucks works were enthusiastic about the conversation and they were very loud expressing all their views about it. Now I could believe that is was happening in this Starbucks. This was extremely inappropriate behavior on all employees Safeway Manager should know better than to act this way in a place where she works and the Starbucks employees as well. I did want to order something and purchase a cup I found. I walked over to get behind and the Manager moved but you could tell she was not pleased at all that I broke up their exciting conversation. I asked if they had egg bites and the short one said sorry they were out. Thank you good bye. I am like what? No would you like some else? Coffee sandwich? Nope go away. She started talking to her go worker and they walked away from the window. I really could not believe the rudeness.

This place is a joke. Drinks are never good. Can't be that hard. parking lot was thought up by a pre schooler.

Exceeds expectations. Very helpful and personable. Even when it showed out of our Decaf on the mobile app, the actually had some and corrected the order promptly.

I'm actually embarrassed that Google knew I came here

Girls at this location are so friendly and helpful. Love the iced sweetened green tea.
