Sam's Club Cafe - Surprise

I have been to a Sam's Club several years ago just to check out their merchandise and see how the prices compare to Costco. For the most part they were in line with each other.I was in need of a 12 pack of playing cards which Sam's club had in stock. Not being a club member , I was hoping the club policy would let me in with a day pass to check out the club and see if I wanted to join. After going up to customer service I was told the only way I could come into the club was to join. I was in need of the playing cards so I did join the club.Since being a Costco member for over 20 years, doing another comparison shop through Sam's Club , in my opinion Sam's Club doesn't have the quality products and services that Costco displays.After one week I asked to close my account . Was treated well through that process.

They get pretty busy during lunch rush time, but the food keeps coming.

I went to this location a few times always received great friendly service. All items are in stock label well though out the store. The locations have scan go service where you can setup the account via your app have your credit card information to scan all your groceries items pay. Also have self checkout area paying w/ your credit card only for our groceries regular checkout's as well. Also their gas station is available for members which is usually .20 or more cheaper than other locations. If you would like affordable food or sweets combo's are available for hotdog w/ soda, pizza w/ soda, ice cream, slushes, pretzel and churros. My suggestion would be for the food area to offer real nacho cheese for pretzels, and possibly offer nachos as well.

I visited this Sam's club to replace cupcakes that were dropped by accident. I had previously purchased them at a different location, but was in the area so I stopped by this Sam's Club to purchase more. When I arrived to the store I realized that they did not have the cupcakes that I had purchased at the other store and shared what happened with one of the ladies in the bakery. Without even having to ask, she offered to make the same cupcakes that I had previously purchased for me within 15 minutes and she delivered! The cupcakes were for my daughter's birthday today so she could celebrate with her classmates. I really wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that made them for me, but she is truly truly appreciated.

To start the pizza is meh , I mean if you want a cheap lunch it’s okay but noting to rave about.Hot dogs are good but condiments selection is seriously lacking. Overall food is decent if your there and hungry but not worth a drive.
