Gk's Vapor Pub - Surprise

The staff member inside was friendly, but the prices were way too high. I bought a disposable Esco Bar, which usually costs around $17, but they were charging $27. The selection of juices was mediocre, and the hardware felt outdated. Overall, I would give this place 2 stars at best. I will stick to the nearest smoke shop instead.

I've been a loyal customer for about two years, regularly buying my mods, coils, and juice from GK’s. Until today, my experiences had always been positive. However, I encountered an issue with a mod I purchased in November that stopped charging. The manufacturer offers a 90-day warranty, which I am still within, so I returned to the shop as advised by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do for me since the purchase was over 30 days ago, and they only offered to sell me a battery charger. I believe that if a retail shop sells a product, they should support it in line with the manufacturer's warranty. This experience is unacceptable to me, and as a result, I will no longer be a customer.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They offer a good variety and brands. Also offer a discount program with your phone number. They have come for years and are happy every time!!
