Chipotle Mexican Grill - Surprise

The customer service here is the absolute worst! We picked up an order from another Chipotle location in Surprise and they forgot to include the chips. It wasn't a huge issue, so we thought we'd just call the nearby restaurant to grab some. However, the manager told us that since we didn’t purchase the items from their store, they couldn't help us. It's truly unbelievable that this is over just two bags of chips!

I have not been to Chipotle in a few months. I have always enjoyed it, but today the burrito was sloppy, and the chips, which once were the best, are not much different than store brands, and the portion is smaller. Not sure if it's worth going there anymore.

I ordered chipotle 2 nights ago through DoorDash, they were great! But geez chipotle when I order a burrito bowl with double meat (chicken and steak) and you charge me $19.56 I Expect it to be a decent size bowl. This bowl wasn?t even full. The food was just in the middle of the bowl. I know we are having inflation and all but come on, my son was still hungry after he ate. SMH! This is NOT the first time this has happened. Very disappointed!!!!

I typically opt for takeout because I'm not impressed with the condition of their dining area. However, I recently discovered meat in my vegetarian bowl, which raises serious concerns about food cross-contamination at this restaurant. I've attempted to contact customer service but have been met with frustrating responses. Until they improve their cleanliness and uphold basic food safety standards, I will no longer support this location.

I hope this location feels proud of themselves; there was a fundraiser scheduled for our kids' school tonight. I was wearing a shirt in support of the school, so they knew why my family of six was there. When we got to the register, we were informed that the event had been CANCELED. Another parent mentioned that the cancellation happened because she was trying to promote the fundraiser to others in line. It's disappointing. Clearly, this location does NOT support their community.
