Dawis -siargao Island - Surigao

The menu features a delightful selection of Western and Filipino dishes. The owner and staff are fantastic, making it a wonderful place for both lunch and dinner.

The food is, as always, fantastic—especially the pork sinigang, which is my favorite. However, I noticed a change during my visit this afternoon; the portions seem smaller now. I understand that prices are going up. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. A suggestion: it would be great if you could serve water right after taking orders instead of waiting for customers to ask. Cheers!

Twice this place has food poisoned me whilst since one of their kitchen occupants opted to insult me announcing to my companion and anyone within earshot that I cannot afford their meal prices before the cook raised his clenched fist to me and my subsequently learning that I had been accused of stealing their cheap and tacky 10 pesos bottle opener.
