Pizza Plus - Surgoinsville

I called to ask about the specials and was told that there was a $13 special on Saturdays that included any item I wanted. We ordered a taco and a California chicken with onions and bacon, but we were charged extra for the bacon and onions. Additionally, the taco pizza came with sausage instead of beef, which was surprising. When we questioned the staff about this, they didn’t seem to acknowledge it. Overall, I'm really frustrated with the experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning. What a disappointment!

I paid in advance, but they couldn't locate my order. In the end, they had mistakenly placed it under the name "girls" instead of mine. Do you always have a receptionist available?

I ate a lot at Surgoinsville Pizza Plus while I rented in Surgoinsville. The pizza is okay. Sometimes I order a hoagie and cheese frits. I quit with cheeseries because the cheese was always burned. Tonight at 8:40 I ordered a Philly, was told 25-30 minutes. I came to the window at 9:10 to say they had burned my Philly and forgotten to make another one. I waited 10 minutes. Unacceptable, then open my to go box and have .50 of Fritten for 3.39, and they were cold sitting out in a box for at least 15 minutes, all this after I had paid and leaving a generous tip on a to-go folder. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Roma. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality.

Always rude and lazy children working.. Never fresh ingredients on salad bar and even charge extra for cup for dressing when you already paid for salad..
