Hardee’s - Surfside Beach

Waited 30 minutes on lunch break each visit n drive through. This was the 3rd strike. Still didn't get to order

We had a large order, 5 people. but it was filled correctly. My hot ham and cheese wasn't very hot or cheesy, but the fries wee delicious. We had iced tea, which was served hot with very little ice

This great chain restaurant Hardee’s. The drive through orders was fast, we ordered for 7 people and they had us pull to the side. A few minutes later our food came out. There wasn’t any sidewinders, trolls or zombies in the parking lot. The food itself was the best Hardee’s had to offer.

This was my first, and it will be my last. Not one to frequent fast food but I was hungry and figured I 'd zip through. I ordered a Swiss and mushroom combo. The person on the speaker, with a heavy latino accent, asked what size? Not sure what she meant I asked her what she meant. I dont frequent these places . She BARKS ate me WHAT SIZE COMBO! Again, I asked what size what? She barks again, WHAT SIZE? I 'm confused. How many combo sizes are there ??? .. She then says SODA. Ahhh... I told her medium. When I drove to the window, the girl tells me to wait then slams the window closed. Finally, I get to ask her face to face this wasn 't the screamer, Laniella, whose name I learned from the spanish speaking girl that could hardly say the word ketchup, btw ...anyway, I ask her how many size combos are there? Then!! Laniella comes to the window and I ask her the same question. She said... I told you, soda and fries.. I said, no you didn 't. She walked away muttering and shuts the window and since they have my CC I couldn 't drive off. I finally get my card and food and I tell her... she has no right treating customers the way she treats her brats!! I was livid. I 'm sill calling the owner of that franchise. This is my first and last EVER. That woman should NOT be dealing with the public. She was so nasty, I even checked to see if she spit on my burger.

It's been a long time between breakfasts at Hardee's since most of them have gone from the Baltimore area, but they didn't disappoint. My country ham was salty and the biscuit flaky, and my wife liked her chicken egg and cheese, but her biscuit fell apart half way thru. Drive thru was efficient.
