Good breakfast Reasonably priced Nice atmosphere and cosy environment inside Excellent beverages especially chai latte

Just up from were we stayed, great coffee, food clean fresh and well presented, and not expensive,lovely family people very quick in the kitchen

I've had a lot of Acai bowls in my time and this by far was the best I've ever had, so thick and fresh! Really lovely service too. Definitely recommend

It's been my favourite café for açai and vanilla coffè latte. You build up this amazing relationship with working staffs that they eventually knowing exactly what you want and how you want it every time walk into the café. Come try it and you will be hooked just like I did.

Lot 1 is a fantastic cafe in the heart of Surfers with that real local feel. The coffee is excellent and the staff friendly. We haven't eaten there but seen the food being served to other customers. I highly recommend Lot 1.
