We have made a trip to the country of the alliance with the business and have enjoyed a fine mixed salarteller and capuns grischuns here. the service, presentation and quality were perfect. the restaurant is beautiful. highly recommended.

The veglia stiva grischuna is an institution, the old bündnerstube, rustic and cozy, invites in past times. family maissen leads the restaurant for over 20 years. the cozy atmosphere is the one, the excellent kitchen the other "Gerne-immer-Re" phenomenon. our highlight is the home-specificity: charbonnade, delicate bark meat from the table-grill with magnificent sauces and homemade pommes. an absolute must for surselva visitors and Disentis-Lover.
