It was here several times. All with exceptionally high professional consistent customer service. This is not your normal average Starbucks service. This experience as walking into the home of the grandmother and see this warm pleasant smile from each. Amazing to see this performance so consistent Is compliment to all participants of your institution. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

The employees are very nice and competent with orders. You're friendly and entertaining. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant for the delivery or order in the store. Our favorite business.

First order there was no taste at all. They pulled it back and went beyond and beyond to get it right. So nice workers.

I love this place. There are few people who work there, know some American Sign Language! I wish I got her name, but Madison is one of them. I always appreciate them communicating with me. I've been here for two years.

They go out of their way to do it right and remember me. It’s kind of like the Cheers bar, now if my name were only “Norm” LOL- the staff is really wonderful and the living room style seating plus the outdoor seating area make it a great place to hang out and get some work done.
