Tasty Pot

I really loved the appetizers, we got Takoyaki and Basil popcorn chicken and they were delicious! But the main pots were just ok. Not sure how to explain it, but it was average. Service was awesome though, the orders came in less than 10 minutes after confirming our orders.

My new go-to place for hearty, ready-to-eat hot pot! Of the many locations this one is fine standards wise with a few minor one-off complaints (the cabbage was very old and bitter once and the workers mistakenly gave our table to someone else in the online waitlist.... They preferred you to order on your smartphone but they do have physical menus available upon request.

I had the opportunity to visit through a private invitation and was allowed to choose our table based on our party size. The interior is pristine and features modern artwork that adds a nice touch. The design and lighting are both well-executed. Using the online menu was a breeze and much quicker than dealing with a paper menu. Our seafood pot arrived in just 4 to 6 minutes, and this happened consistently, while the Sichuan-style pot took over 30 minutes to arrive. The appetizers were served relatively quickly as well. The china and furniture are quite impressive too. However, there's definitely room for improvement in the service. There were issues with order accuracy, delivery (we had a few spills on the way to our table, affecting furniture and customers), and the staff's ability to manage items that were out of stock. Overall, I'm excited to see a new establishment like this in Concord and look forward to returning to try more of the menu!

This restaurant is fantastic! It truly lives up to its name, and the broths are incredible. I tried the lamb, and it was excellent! They definitely know how to create dishes that cater to everyone's tastes. The presentation is impressive too! They also offer Bob, which is a nice addition. We also ordered the popcorn chicken, and everything was delicious. I would definitely come back! Just a note: a vaccination card is required for indoor dining (as of October 2021).

We support restaurants that require proof of vaccination, and Tasty Pot in Concord is one of them. Their QR Code menu is fantastic—ordering is super easy! This place offers a unique Hot Pot experience. I came across a YouTube video about the Tasty Pot chain and found it intriguing. They have a set menu of delicious ingredients. We tried the Taiwanese Spicy Pot and the Szechuan Spicy Pot, and everything was served fully cooked. There was plenty of meat, and the spicy broth was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive as well. It's no surprise that the restaurant is filled with vaccinated patrons. We will definitely return and highly recommend it!
