Glengala - Sunshine West (VIC)

Stayed with children. Service was amazing. 2 free drinks of your choice upon arrival. Had a large smart tv. Had breakfast. Has the nicest bed linen. Smart aircon. Even after rotation the staff was there to help in anyway. Has free tea/coffee(free capuchinos! In the bistro). Good amount of room. One queen, one single. Had a more pleasant and clean stay here than we did at Tribeca or Milano in the CBD. Will stay here everytime now.seperate reception in bistro which was nice too. Slide for kids.

Lovely place and super yummy food! My daughter has not stopped asking about Eva. She spoke to my daughter and watched her play and was so sweet. Such a great atmosphere and great staff will visit again.

Room not as advertised. Booked a balcony room with table and chairs. Picture shows walk in robe. Recieved a small broom closet. Just a reminder to check all print of motel requirements. $100 DAMAGE deposit required. Missed that. Never been charged before. Double check before booking here. Will not get caught again.

I am very impressed with the function room at the Glengala Hotel. We booked it for a party and Dora did backward flips to make the room look amazing and spectacular. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend seeing Dora for your next function as I would definitely use her again.

Worst FOOD EVER I ordered a Market fish that's grill it was so yukkiiii I wouldn't feed my dog the smell of fish was discussing and on top of it ONLY git 1 fillet and the price of it was $35 is Glangala Hotel 5 star???? Seriously cook the food better Nd drop your PRICES DOWN.....
