The service from Guy was lackluster; he seemed disinterested in his job. The bread also seemed stale, and my meatball sub had more cheese than actual meatballs.

Fly?s all over the place no AC and the workers do not were a hair net or nothing we?re just sloppy women had her shirt in my sandwich the worst subway I have ever been to.

I typically enjoy working with the staff at this restaurant, as they are very accommodating. However, the new employee was quite abrupt and rude during my visit. When a customer arrived after me at 8:00, he was informed that they were closed, despite the sign indicating otherwise. After some dismissive comments from her, she rudely asked what he wanted. He requested a footlong, but she offered him a 6-inch sub and insisted that he had asked for a smaller size. This was not the case, as other customers also heard him clearly. As a result, several customers began canceling their orders and leaving. I believe this behavior is detrimental to business. On previous visits, I have had no issues, and the subs were enjoyable. Unfortunately, I cannot rate them five stars due to this experience; it would be a zero.
